Floaties inside a scrollable div

So we have a very big table. It's so big we need to put it inside a scrollable window. But that introduces a new problem because our table, being so big, has tool-tips (or worse - dropdowns) and these pesky things might go beyond the scrollable in div. So how can we make it work?

The challenge

The tooltips should overflow beyond the red box:
