Female heros and villians

Underappretiated?

Sure, a lot of people love superheros and villans, but have you ever condsidred these factors?

Most remembered heros are male
Although Wonder Woman has made a large impression, a lot of people say that she looses herself in the pleasure of battle
Ursula, Catwoman, Maleficent, and many other female villians have caused the downfalls of several heros, and if you haven't noticed, princes and males have most often brought them back to glory
In the old comics and such, women heros and villians alike have been placed in very showy outfits, don't ask why but it makes it hard to appriciate them, whatever deed they did
Their original source material of comics spanning over the last century presents a noted dearth of female characters. Out of 34,476 comic book characters in the Marvel and DC universes, only 26.7 percent are female, and only 12 percent of the superhero comics have female protagonists.

C'mon guys, if it weren't for the villians, you wouldn't have someone to defeat and make a good story.

First to newest female superheros

Acording to the the Ginness Book of World Records, two comic-book characters have a claim to being the first female superhero. Fantomah was the first female superhero with superhuman powers to appear in print, in Jungle Comics #2 (Feb 1940). So far, Out of 34,476 comic book characters in the Marvel and DC universes, only 26.7 percent are female, and only 12 percent of the superhero comics have female protagonists
