What are the benefits of 4IR Techonology to young African women

According to the case study done in Zimbabwe by Manase Kudzai Chiweshe there are a lot of benefits for young African women which include:

In rural Africa, technology is being used to afford young women and children improved critical healthcare.
Improved maternal care.
Access to clean water due to improvement in the biosciences sector.
The IoT (i.e increased connectivity of devices at home and in the office to the internet) provides spaces for women to improve work-life balance through thr ability to work from home with the flexible working hours.
